The Center for Agroecology and Sustainable Food Systems (CASFS),
the UC Santa Cruz Cantu LGBTI Resource Center and the Rainbow Chard Alliance are hosting our first annual Queer garden party and potluck!
Celebrate the fall with other LGBTQ and supportive farmers, gardeners, and food lovers. Music, Collard gleaning, pumpkin carving, potato sack racing and more! Gardeners of all abilities and experiences are welcome!

At the UC Santa Cruz Farm Center
2 pm: Garden and Farm Tour
3-6 pm: Garden Work Party
5 pm: Urban and Home Garden Presentation
6-7:30: Potluck
7:30 pm: Film Screening on Farm Box Truck!
Come for any or all of the day!
All participants will be encouraged to bring their own gloves and garden tools, plate for dinner, food to share, and pumpkin to carve. The CASFS apprentices will provide one large dish to serve to the group at dinner. Unfortunately, no pets will be allowed on the farm during this event.
